Fiber glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) is a composite material, which looks & feels like plastic but is much more durable. Ordinary plastic when exposed to constant sunlight degrades over time, but FRP is capable of a significantly longer lifespan. This makes it an ideal material for making delivery boxes which are constantly exposed to sunlight & rain throughout the year. FRP is also used to make other products such as helmets & automobile parts and is known to not crack easily on impact. There are many grades in FRP. We use only the best-graded material (resin + fiber + PU Air spray paint and Lacquer) which gives our boxes better durability, impact resistance, load capability etc. Our boxes also retain heat/cold for up to 1.5 hours (depending on weather conditions) so food can be transported fresh to nearby areas. We also do not paint our boxes, but the pigment is mixed into the body. So peeling, and chipping of paint is not possible.

The boxes are fixed using clamps, which are attached under the seat via nut & bolt system. This way, they can be fixed easily and also removed when needed. No permanent changes or welding are made to the vehicle. The fixing process is a simple one-hour job which any qualified welder can perform. Removing takes about half an hour.
